Girls at Bat Summer 2021

She Can MCRC Logo

She Can! is excited to announce its FREE Girls At Bat program offered in partnership with the Jays Care Foundation! Girls At Bat uses baseball to help girls learn and develop beyond the baseball field. It fosters connection, courage, leadership and love of sport in its participants.

All participants will receive a Blue Jays Practice Jersey and Baseball Cap.

She Can! plans to offer in person and virtual options for the Girls At Bat program.

In Person – Girls At Bat will be offered in person at St Anthony of Padua Catholic Elementary School in Milton. We will have small groups, be physical distancing and following all COVID-19 safety protocols. If the program cannot be run in person due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will move this program to a virtual session. Girls will focus on learning baseball skills and be physically active through games and activities.

Virtual – Girls At Bat will offered virtually through Zoom sessions. Supplies will be provided to each participant, and girls will learn baseball skills and connect with each other from home! Please note: supplies will be delivered to each participant’s home within Halton Region. If you are outside of Halton Region but would like to participate, you will need to pick up your activity kit from our office.
