Each week participants will learn how to make two simple and nutritious recipes related to a theme’s such as breakfast, lunches and dinners. In the four, 90- minute sessions children will learn basic cooking skills, proper food preparation and safe food handling. This program is designed to help develop skills and confidence in order to be able to prepare healthy and tasty recipes.
Parents/Guardians are invited to join the program for the remaining 30 minutes each class.
