Storytime & Stretch Social

*New Program* Join us for a joyful and enriching family program that blends storytelling, movement, mindfulness, and social connection. Storytime & Stretch Social is designed for toddlers and their caregivers to explore stories through movement and creativity, while also nurturing caregiver well-being and community. This fun filled hour will offer mindfulness for the caregiver, an interactive and themed story time with a short, playful yoga session inspired by the story. Toddlers and caregivers stretch, balance, and breathe together through poses that relate to the characters or themes in the book. No prior yoga experience needed—just a willingness to move and have fun!
Let's Cook: Level Up Your Cooking Game
Age: 9 - 12 Years

*New Program* Are your children ready to take their cooking skills with Level Up Your Cooking Game? Gain even more confidence to prepare meals through this exciting and fun filled opportunity to make more complicated and delicious recipes. Together we will choose the recipes and explore the materials using our senses by handling, measuring, pouring, mixing, cooking, and baking. At the end of the session, each child will have a digital copy including all the delicious recipes prepared over the 7-week program. Please note, these recipes may include cooking with meat.

Join us for weekly theme stories complemented by preparing an age-appropriate recipe. Together we will adventure into stories, activities, recipe preparation and cooking a healthy snack to enjoy together. Each family will leave with a recipe book of all the delicious recipes prepared over the 4 or 5-week program.

Pilates Difference - Mom & Baby Pilates

Pilates is a gentle form of exercise that can be incredibly beneficial for postpartum recovery. In a Pilates Mom and Baby class, moms will learn exercises that can help them regain core strength, improve posture and alleviate common postpartum aches and pains. Pilates Mom and Baby classes offer a unique opportunity for new moms to exercise in a safe, supportive environment while bonding with your baby. Children will participate in a variety of activities, such as learning songs and stories, art, sensory play, and active play, while socializing with other children. Children will also be encouraged to practice basic classroom routines that will help prepare them for kindergarten. The Educator engages with the children, taking into consideration individual personalities, learning styles and interests of each child. This program also offers the child an opportunity to practice emotional self-regulation as they transition into being left on their own without the parent/caregiver.

Young Engineers Learn to Play Chess

This program is geared towards beginner chess players and would include learning the basic rules on how the pieces move, basics in opening principles, strategies and chess tactics. The goal is to have students playing and having fun!
Young Engineers LEGO Build (Bricks Challenge and Galileo)
Age: 4-12 Years

Young Engineers will learn the principles of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). By integrating basic arithmetic learned in school with an intuitive active learning process, children grasp a better understanding of the fundamentals of physics and engineering concepts while building with motorized LEGO models.
Young Engineers LEGO Build & Coding (Robo Bricks)
Age: 6-12 Years

Cost: $135
Using LEGO and Lego WeDo graphic programming to build robots. Robo Bricks enrichment program participants learn software engineering, technology, entrepreneurship and math (STEM). During each lesson students will assemble a robot that will perform a predetermined task. Constructing these robots will develop each student's ability to create computer algorithms and capability to implement code.
