All 4 Her programs offer paid programs and camps that provide girls and gender-diverse youth with a space to learn and connect with others while exploring topics that are exciting, engaging, and meaningful to them.

All funds that are generated through All 4 Her programs go directly towards supporting She Can!, our free girls Empowerment Program. Join our She Can! Facebook Group for up-to-date program and event information or check back frequently for program updates.

All 4 Her PA Day: Nature Connect

Join this camp where participants get connected with the ecosystem all around them! Learn about what’s going on in Canada’s climate while getting hands on with nature itself. In this camp, develop empathy, create your own butterfly model, weave your own creation with nature, and more!

All 4 Her - Cook & Conquer

Date: Wednesday, January 14 - February 4 (4 sessions - Wednesdays)

Research shows the importance of helping young girls build a positive relationship with food as well as building self-confidence and independence, so we created the Cook & Conquer program. In this program, participants will learn valuable cooking skills while gaining valuable knowledge and skills around healthy body image and healthy eating. Through teamwork and fun competition, We will focus on the importance of nourishing your body with healthy foods, and how enjoying Session Details treats can be part of a balanced diet. Each participant will leave the program with a journal of key takeaways, delicious recipes and a newfound confidence and understanding of healthy living and being a girl.

Science 4 Her is an interactive program created for self-identifying girls who are curious about the world around them. Through hands-on experiments, creative challenges, and collaborative activities, participants will dive into the wonders of physics, chemistry, and biology in a space that celebrates curiosity, confidence, and inclusion.

All 4 Her: Lights Camera Action
Winter Break Camp

Date: Friday, January 2

All 4 Her Lights Camera Action!: Spend a whole day creating your own mini play, whether that be writing, acting, directing or choreographing. Learn how to be a leader, overcome obstacles and teamwork to create a work of art. In this camp, learn how to storyboard, block, write and put on a miniature play.
