All 4 Her programs offer paid programs and camps that provide girls and gender-diverse youth with a space to learn and connect with others while exploring topics that are exciting, engaging, and meaningful to them.

All 4 Her - Cook & Conquer

Date: Friday, November 19 - December 10 (4 sessions - Wednesdays)

Research shows the importance of helping young girls build a positive relationship with food as well as building self-confidence and independence, so we created the Cook & Conquer program. In this program, participants will learn valuable cooking skills while gaining valuable knowledge and skills around healthy body image and healthy eating. Through teamwork and fun competition, We will focus on the importance of nourishing your body with healthy foods, and how enjoying Session Details treats can be part of a balanced diet. Each participant will leave the program with a journal of key takeaways, delicious recipes and a newfound confidence and understanding of healthy living and being a girl.

Date: Friday, November 28
Time: 8:30am-4:30pm

Learn what it takes to be an astronaut by learning qualities such as leadership, communication, dedication and resilience. Discover the space that surrounds Earth and the juicy physics that allows it to function. In this camp, make galaxy slime, greenhouse gas models, design your own spaceship and more!
