All 4 Her - Strong Body, Strong Mind Workshop

All 4 Her introduces Strong Body, Strong Mind in collaboration with Queens Muay Thai and welcomes Katrina, certified Head Instructor. This workshop empowers girls by building confidence, awareness, and practical safety skills. Through movement, mindset training, and real world education, participants learn how to trust their bodies, set boundaries, and recognize unsafe situations. All activities are beginner friendly with no equipment required including non-striking drills (e.g. Wrist grab escape requires classmate grabbing the wrist). What We Will Cover • Simple strength and movement drills to build physical confidence • Foundational (non contact) Muay Thai concepts for balance and body awareness • How to identify red flag behaviors • Debunking common self-defense myths • Safety tools: awareness, boundaries, and intuition • Strategies to avoid, de‑escalate, or escape danger The focus is empowerment, clarity, and practical tools—not fighting. Research shows the importance of helping young girls build a positive relationship with food as well as building self-confidence and independence, so we created the Cook & Conquer program. In this program, participants will learn valuable cooking skills while gaining valuable knowledge and skills around healthy body image and healthy eating. Through teamwork and fun competition, We will focus on the importance of nourishing your body with healthy foods, and how enjoying treats can be part of a balanced diet. Each participant will leave the program with a journal of key takeaways, delicious recipes and a newfound confidence and understanding of healthy living and being a girl.
