All 4 Her programs offer paid programs and camps that provide girls and gender-diverse youth with a space to learn and connect with others while exploring topics that are exciting, engaging, and meaningful to them.

All 4 Her - Cook & Conquer

Date: April 15 - May 13 (5 sessions - Wednesdays)
Time: 5:30pm - 7:00pm

Location: MCRC - 410 Bronte Street South
Research shows the importance of helping young girls build a positive relationship with food as well as building self-confidence and independence, so we created the Cook & Conquer program. In this program, participants will learn valuable cooking skills while gaining valuable knowledge and skills around healthy body image and healthy eating. Through teamwork and fun competition, We will focus on the importance of nourishing your body with healthy foods, and how enjoying treats can be part of a balanced diet. Each participant will leave the program with a journal of key takeaways, delicious recipes and a newfound confidence and understanding of healthy living and being a girl.

Believe in Me
Details: For girls (inclusive of transgender & cisgender) & non-binary youth

Ages: 4-8 (Must have started Kindergarten)

Through a mix of interactive games, creative art projects, and activities that promote a healthy mind and body, participants will develop important social and personal skills while having fun and making new friends. The camp focuses on three key areas of learning: team-building, believing in themselves, and Session Details movement. Campers will participate in team challenges and cooperative games that encourage communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. These activities help participants learn how to support one another, celebrate each other’s strengths, and work together toward shared goals
All 4 Her Summer Camp

Date: Weekly Camps running from July 6 - August 28
Time: 8:00am-5:00pm
Ages: 7-12
Location: Hitherfield - 2439 Ten Side Rd RR1, Milton (First 6 Weeks)
MCRC - 410 Bronte Street South (Final 2 Weeks)
Cost: $375
The first 6 weeks of All 4 Her Summer Camp will be held at Hitherfield School in Cambleville, and the final 2 weeks will take place at MCRC in Milton.
