Knights and Tiaras: Enchanted Kingdom Adventure

Celebrate a magical evening at this family-friendly gala, designed for families to experience an unforgettable night together. Enjoy live appearances from beloved princesses and exclusive photo opportunities with your favorite characters. Families will indulge in a delicious family-style pasta dinner, participate in fun activities, dance the night away, and walk the red carpet for a truly royal experience.

Date: May 3rd, 2025

Time: 5:00-7:30pm

Where: Granite Ridge Golf Club

Who: Families with children of all ages, recommended for children aged 3-12 — Evening attire and costumes encouraged!

Itinerary:

  • Red Carpet Opens at 5:00pm
    Activities, photo opportunities, face painting, Silent Auction and vendors
  • Royal Feast to begin at 6:00pm
  • Approx. 6:30 - Activities, photo opportunities, face painting, silent auction and vendors resume. Cupcake decorating at tables
  • Event ends at 7:30

Funds raised will support MCRC's She Can! Programs. She Can! empowers girls and gender-diverse youth to thrive by building leadership skills, strong relationships, self-confidence, and resilience. These free and accessible programs provide essential tools for managing stress, setting healthy boundaries, and fostering a deep sense of belonging. Participants emerge with the confidence, communication skills, and leadership abilities they need to overcome challenges and achieve lifelong success.

How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online by clicking here.
We recommend securing your spot early, as space is limited!

Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest. Please contact us at amctavish@mcrc.on.ca to make arrangements.

Do we need to wear costumes?
Costumes are highly encouraged but not required! Feel free to dress as a knight, prince, princess, or any magical character. If costumes aren’t your thing, semi-formal attire is perfect for the enchanted evening!

Will there be photo opportunities?
All guests will walk the red carpet when they arrive and receive a printed photo as a take home gift.

Will food allergies and restrictions be accommodated?
Yes, we will do our best to accommodate food restrictions and allergies, please indicated all allergies when registering for the event. If you purchased tickets and need to inform us of allergies please contact us at amctavish@mcrc.on.ca

What is the appropriate age group for this event?
The event is designed for families and children aged 3- 12. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Does my Infant require a ticket?
Infants (under 1) attending with a paying sibling and are in arms/strollers and are not participating in event activities or royal feast may attend without a ticket.

Is the venue accessible?
Absolutely! The venue is wheelchair and stroller-friendly. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance so we can ensure a magical experience for you. Baby wearing is encouraged.

Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, free parking will be available on-site.

What time should we arrive?
Doors will open at 5:00pm.

Do we need to bring printed tickets?
No need! We will have a guest list at check-in. Simply show your email confirmation or e-ticket at the entrance.
