I hereby grant permission for photographs to be taken of my child’s activities within MCRC programs. These are to be used by the organization for public display to promote early childhood care and education, as well as to facilitate discussion and shared learning. I agree that I am to receive no compensation for my child’s appearance, and that I have no ownership rights to the photos or negatives whatsoever. I understand that these photos may appear, or be shared, via one, or all, of the following:

• MCRC’s Website
• MCRC’s Social Media Pages (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc...)
• Newsletters, Brochures, Videos, Books
• MCRC Marketing and Promotional Material
• In-classroom documentation
• ACT exhibitions.

*Please note that only your child’s first name will be used in any text that accompanies photos.
