She Can Play!

Welcome to She Can Play! This multi-sport program is designed to provide self-identifying girls (inclusive of cisgender and transgender) and non-binary youth in grades 3-8 with a safe and inclusive space to engage in sports and express themselves confidently, free from judgement or intimidation.

At She Can Play!, participants will have the opportunity to learn fundamental skills in basketball, soccer, and volleyball through fun games and engaging drills. Not only will they develop their athletic abilities, but they will also build meaningful connections with others, fostering a positive and supportive community.

Each session will begin with a warm-up to get everyone ready for the exciting activities ahead. Our experienced She Can! Facilitators will then guide the participants through skills, drills and games, encouraging teamwork and personal growth. But it's not just about sports, during our Team Chat sessions we'll explore essential topics like healthy eating, the importance of physical activity, and building skills for positive mental health and well-being!

We understand that every child is unique. She Can! facilitators are dedicated to tailoring the learning experience to cater to each individual's needs and interests.

At She Can Play!, we hope to ensure that self-identifying girls (inclusive of cisgender and transgender) and non-binary youth thrive in a supportive and encouraging environment through this exciting journey of sports, friendship and personal grown!
