MCRC is excited to announce two program offerings this Spring 2021! She Can Be Media Savvy! teaches girls about critical thinking, online safety, self esteem, and beauty standards. She Can Thrive! will help girls stay engaged and connected through the COVID-19 pandemic and equips girls with tools to better cope with anxiety and stress.
We will be dropping off Program Activity Kits to participants’ homes the week before programs start. Activity Kit drop off is available to all in Halton Region. If you are outside of Halton Region, but would like to participate you will need to pick up your activity kit from our office.
Program Details:
- Starting the week of April 19
- For girls in grades 3-7
- Free of charge!
- All program materials and supplies are provided
- 10 weekly sessions
- 2 program delivery formats to choose from
