Become a Vendor

MCRC is currently seeking crafters, artisans and vendors to join MCRC's Marketplace.
All vendor registration fees will go directly to MCRC’s Empowerment Programs to support, babies, families, and girls throughout Milton and the surrounding community, through MCRC's Infant Food Bank, Period Power Initiative, and She Can! girls’ programs.

Vendor Details:

  • Provided with one 6 foot table and 1 chair
  • $100 per vendor table
  • Vendor Set up will begin at 7:30am
  • Vendors will receive 1 feature on MCRC Social Media Platform
  • Business name listed on Marketplace website with direct link website/social media
  • Vendors will receive a “tool box” with social media templates and more!
  • Vendors are invited to provide a “Gift Card” to be added to the Gift Card Bingo taking place at the event- all proceeds of Bingo will be donated directly to MCRC’s Empowerment Programs.
  • MCRC will only be accepting 40 unique vendors

  • Bring the family and kick off the Holiday season at MCRC's Gingerbread Village. Book a timeslot with Santa (coming soon!), make a holiday craft and enjoy a special holiday treat.
  • Holiday Gift Card Bingo - Every number is a winner!
  • Grand Prize raffle- Check back for more details.
  • Snack Bar with coffee/Hot Chocolate
  • Storytime
