Summer Camp Refund Policy

Written notice is required to withdraw or cancel any registered camp week.

Refund deadlines:

· For June camp weeks: written notice must be received by May 1.
· For July camp weeks: written notice must be received by June 1.
· For August camp weeks: written notice must be received by July 1.

Eligible refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used. A $25 cancellation fee applies to each refunded week.

After the deadlines (June 1 or July 1): No refunds will be issued. No exceptions.
