Listening Campaigns

Listening Campaigns are a new way for MCRC to listen and learn from the people who use our programs and services. Through short, informal conversations, we gather feedback about what’s working well and what could be improved.

Hearing directly from the people we serve helps us plan more effectively and improve what we offer.

Listening Campaigns help us:

  • Understand how well our programs and services are working
  • Learn what our community values, needs, or would like to see changed
  • Make informed decisions about how we use our resources for the greatest impact

Listening Campaign conversations should be:

  • Brief and casual
  • Voluntary and respectful
  • Part of normal interactions, when it feels appropriate

Staff record key themes only. Feedback is combined and shared as summaries, never connected to individuals.

Typically, Listening Campaign conversations will happen in our programs.  If you would like to book a specific time to submit feedback for our Listening Campaign or submit your feedback online, please use the buttons below.
