She Can Move!

She Can Move! Is a program designed for girls and gender diverse youth to explore movement in a fun, supportive, and body-positive environment. Through engaging and accessible activities, participants are encouraged to move their bodies, build confidence, and develop habits for lifelong health.
Each week introduces a different style of movement such as dance styles, yoga, and other high-energy games. The program activities will be based on the group’s strengths and capabilities.
The program is designed to create a welcoming space where participants can move freely, laugh, and express themselves without pressure or judgment. By combining active movement with moments of relaxation and reflection, She Can Move! supports participants in connecting physical activity with overall well-being.
