Event Day
We are thrilled that you are planning to join us on Saturday, June 22nd for MCRC's 5th Annual All 4 Her!
This page will have all the updated information you need as we approach event day.
- 9:00 am – Check-in and She Can! Activity tent open
- 9:45 am – Announcements and F45 Milton warm up at the bandstand
- 10:00 am – 5K Run begins
- 10:15 am – 2.5 Stroll begins
- Post Stroll and Run refreshments and swag available
- 9:00 am – 4:00 pm – She Can! Activity tent open all day
The Location
MCRC's 5th Annual All 4 Her will be starting and ending at the Milton Fair Grounds. The Strawberry Fair will be happening in the park that day, look for our She Can! booth to sign in.

We have 2 different options for the 2024 All 4 Her - a 2.5km or a 5km! Check out the routes below.
