A dynamic workshop that encourages girls to recognize their potential as leaders, changemakers, and future professionals. Through interactive discussions, vision- building exercises, public speaking activities, and mentorship-inspired sessions, participants strengthen self-awareness, communication skills, boundary-setting, and confidence in pursuing their goals.
