A workshop helps girls recognize that their thoughts, feelings, and ideas are important. Through games, painting and other creative ideas, participants will explore how to use their voice in their own unique way. This builds confidence in speaking up, expressing emotions, and communicating clearly in different situations, from friendships to classrooms to online spaces.
