MCRC’s All 4 Her 5K is the ultimate family‑friendly fundraiser that brings our community together for an unforgettable morning of fun, empowerment and support!
Join us for an exciting event featuring a spirited 5K run, fun‑filled Kids Dash and a 2.5K community & family walk. Stay for the morning and enjoy family activities, games, vendors, music, participant prizes and more!
Whether you’re running, walking, cheering or fundraising, you’ll be helping to support MCRC’s free programs for girls and be part of something truly meaningful.

This year, our goal is to raise $25,000 in support of MCRC’s She Can! Programs.
These free empowerment programs are essential as more girls and gender‑diverse youth continue to face challenges related to mental health, bullying, body image, confidence, and self‑esteem. In 2025, She Can! offered 69 programs, providing meaningful support to 860 young girls and gender‑diverse youth across Halton. With your help, we can ensure these young participants have access to safe, inclusive spaces that build confidence, strengthen resilience, and foster a true sense of belonging.
