Week 1 - Sports & Leisure

Week 2 - Self-Care and Wellness

In our Self-Care and Wellness Camp, campers will discover the importance of taking care of themselves—body, mind, and spirit. Learning self-care practices is a crucial life skill, and this camp offers a fun and creative way to explore it. Campers will dive into activities like making face masks, candles, and bath bombs, while also gaining valuable coping skills and techniques for maintaining emotional well-being. By the end of the week, your child will feel refreshed, empowered, and ready to take on the world!

In Positively Me Camp, campers will embark on a journey of self-discovery, learning to appreciate and embrace who they are. Through engaging topics like media literacy, healthy eating, building confidence, and increasing self-awareness, campers will explore the foundations of self-love. They'll have the opportunity to practice self-compassion, develop a positive mindset, and empower themselves with tools to nurture their well-being both inside and out.
