Summer Camp

All 4 Her Summer Camp is an empowering, summer camp designed to help girls build confidence, creativity, leadership, and emotional well-being in a fun and supportive environment. Each themed week blends hands-on activities, reflection, and connection—ranging from self-care and leadership development to art, science, nature exploration, resilience, and healthy living—so girls can grow strong inside and out while being their authentic selves. The first 6 weeks of All 4 Her Summer Camp will be held at Hithefield School in Campbelleville, and the final 2 weeks will take place at MCRC in Milton.

Glow Up Within

At Glow Up Within, campers will explore the power of self-care—nurturing their body, mind, and spirit in fun and creative ways. This empowering camp focuses on building lifelong wellness habits through hands-on activities like making natural face masks, bath bombs, and calming candles. Alongside these crafts, campers will learn meaningful strategies for emotional balance, mindfulness, and stress management. By the end of the week, each camper will leave feeling recharged, confident, and equipped with tools to support their well-being long after summer ends.

LeadHERship Academy

At LeadHERship Academy, campers will unlock their inner leader through fun, interactive experiences that build confidence, communication, and collaboration. Designed to empower girls, this week focuses on key leadership skills like decision-making, problem-solving, and inspiring others—all through games, group challenges, and creative projects. Whether your child is a natural leader or just discovering their voice, this camp provides the tools and encouragement to help them grow into a confident, compassionate, and capable leader—ready to make a difference in their world.

Explore a variety of art materials and techniques in a supportive, open-ended environment where there’s no “right” way to create—just their way. Through hands-on projects, reflection, and group connection, participants will use art to explore identity, emotions, and mindfulness. Whether painting, sculpting, or simply doodling, each girl will have the chance to express her unique voice and build confidence in who she is—inside and out.

Spark Lab: Science & Discovery

Get ready for a week full of curiosity, creativity, and hands-on exploration at Spark Lab! During Science & Discovery Week, campers will dive into the fascinating worlds of physics, chemistry, and biology through exciting experiments, interactive projects, and engaging discussions. Whether they’re building, mixing, observing, or testing, every activity is designed to ignite a deeper understanding of how the world works—and spark a lifelong love of science. It’s the perfect environment for curious minds to explore, ask questions, and make thrilling discoveries.

Super She-roes

At Super SHEroes, campers will tap into their inner strength and discover the values that make them true heroes in everyday life. Using superhero themes as a fun and inspiring framework, girls will explore confidence, courage, kindness, and resilience through creative, hands-on activities. Campers will design their own empowering costumes (CAPES), craft original comic book stories, and take on “empowerment missions” that challenge them to lead, help others, and stand tall in their unique strengths. By the end of the week, each SHEro will walk away with more than just a cape—they’ll leave with the tools to be bold, brave, and authentically themselves.

Earth & Soul: Nature, Connection & Creativity

At Earth & Soul, campers will reconnect with the natural world—and themselves—through outdoor adventures, eco-inspired crafts, and soulful reflection. This week blends environmental awareness with personal growth, encouraging girls to explore how caring for the planet and caring for themselves go hand in hand. From nature walks and journaling under the trees to creating art with natural materials and learning about sustainability, campers will discover the joy of slowing down, tuning in, and finding inspiration in the world around them. Earth & Soul is about grounding, gratitude, and growing strong roots—inside and out. By the end of the week, each camper will leave feeling more connected to nature, their community, and their own inner wisdom.

Girls Got Grit

At Girls Got Grit, campers will discover their inner strength and courage through fun, empowering activities designed to build resilience, confidence, and teamwork. Girls will enjoy outdoor adventures, team-building games, and reflective journaling to explore their feelings, set goals, and support each other. This week is all about stepping outside comfort zones, lifting each other up, and learning how to keep going—even when things get tough. By the end of the week, every camper will leave feeling braver, stronger, and proud of the grit she’s grown—ready to take on new challenges with a confident heart.

Nourish & Flourish

At Nourish & Flourish, girls will build confidence and independence in the kitchen while discovering the importance of nourishing their bodies with healthy, delicious food. This fun and interactive camp blends hands-on cooking lessons with empowering discussions about body positivity and balanced eating. Campers will work together in friendly team challenges as they explore new recipes, develop baking and cooking skills, and experience the joy of treating themselves mindfully. Along the way, they’ll learn about healthy body image, safe tool handling, and lifelong habits that encourage enjoying all kinds of foods without guilt. By the end of the week, each girl will leave with tasty recipes to try at home, a journal full of tips and inspiration, and a stronger, healthier relationship with food—and herself.
