Details: For girls (inclusive of transgender & cisgender) & non-binary youth

Get ready for a fun-filled, empowering experience with She Can Choose! This dynamic program gives participants the chance to build essential life skills through exciting, hands-on activities. Girls will strengthen their communication, learn to recognize and manage stress in healthy ways, and develop the confidence to make positive, informed decisions—even in the face of peer pressure. Most importantly, participants will discover that their voice matters—and they'll be encouraged to use it boldly and proudly. Because choosing your path means knowing your worth, speaking up, and leading with confidence!
She Can Create!
Details: For girls (inclusive of transgender & cisgender) & non-binary youth
Dates: April 15 - June 17 (10 sessions - Wednesdays)
Time: 6:00pm-7:30pm
Age: 11 - 14 Years (Must have started Grade 6)

Join She Can! and the ACT Initiative (Artists and Children Together) for an exciting art-based program! Participants in the She Can Create! program will have the opportunity to begin to build skills by using a variety of art media in open-ended ways. Art and creativity are strong ways for humans to express themselves and the She Can Create! program will allow girls the time to become comfortable with using art materials, while giving them alternate ways of sharing their thoughts, feelings and ideas. Participants will explore self-expression, mental health, mindfulness and social connection throughout their time in the program.
She Can Lead!

Step into your leadership potential with She Can Lead! This empowering program is all about building strong relationships and growing together in a supportive, inspiring community. Through fun and interactive activities—like team-building games, group discussions, and role plays—participants will strengthen their communication, collaboration, and leadership skills while forming meaningful connections with peers and mentors. Because great leaders lift others up—and it all starts here!
She Can Play!
Details: For girls (inclusive of transgender & cisgender) & non-binary youth
Dates: March 24 - April 28 (6 sessions - Tuesdays)
Time: 6:30pm-8:00pm
Age: 11-14 (Must have started Grade 6)

Join She Can! For our multi-sports program! She Can Play is a multi-sport program that is designed to provide youth with a safe and inclusive space to engage in sports and express themselves confidently, free from judgment or intimidation. At She Can Play!, participants will have the opportunity to learn fundamental skills in basketball, volleyball and soccer through fun games and engaging drills. Not only will they develop their athletic abilities, but they will also build meaningful connections with others, fostering a positive and supportive community.

April PA Day Workshop

She Can Stand Strong... Bend, Bounce Back, and Believe! In this workshop, you'll climb mountains, practice new tools and see how strong you already are. Sometimes challenges are small, like losing a game. Sometimes they're big, like when life changes in hard ways. Either way, you'll learn reminders that you can keep going, try again and ask for help when you need it
